Plot:
In a 19th century, a Prince Regent of a Qing Dynasty orders a mass execution of a whole Meng clan. Before his beheading, a personality vows that his family will punish this caricature of justice. Awaiting his death, a five-year-old Meng child named Erkui bravely sings an aria. The energy and virginity of his voice touches a show star Master Yu and his seven-year-old student Guan Yilong. Master Yu rescues a child and a dual orphans turn brothers.
