PLOT MOVIE
After a bloody advance of a BOPE in a High-Security Penitentiary Bangu 1 in Rio de Janeiro to control a rebellion of interns, a Lieutenant-Colonel Roberto Nascimento and a second in authority Captain André Matias are indicted by a Human Right Aids member Diogo Fraga of execution of prisoners. Matias is eliminated to a depraved Military Police and Nascimento is vindicated from a BOPE by a Governor. However, due to a augmenting recognition of Nascimento, a Governor invites him to team-up with a comprehension area of a Secretary of Security.
