Krish-Rana Movie Launch in December

Rana Dabbubati who is looking for a career turning hit is gearing up for an exciting project to be directed by Gamyam fame Krish. The film is touted to be a mass entertainer. Rana is playing the role of Reddappa. The film is based on mafia linkups. The film will have its pooja ceremony in Ramanaidu Studios in the first week of December. Krish’s father Jagarlamudi Saibaba is producing the film on First Frame Entertainments banner.

The makers have recently approached Anushka for heroine’s role and the actress is yet to accept the offer. We came to know that the actress may say Yes anytime from now. Earlier, the makers have tried for Kajal but she couldn’t provide bulk dates. The director even approached Suriya for the lead role but the actor said No says our source.

Rana is currently busy with Department and Naa Ishtam which are slated for release shortly.

Rana's Naa Istam Shooting in Malaysia!

Rana Daggubati’s Naa Istam, which was launched in the month of May is currently being shot in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Rana’s second film Nenu Naa Rakshasi failed badly and so, this Jr.Daggubati is planning to prove his mettle at the Box-Office with his new outing Naa Istam.

The star who did not get a chance to prove his dancing skills in earlier flick is now planning to impress his fans through Naa Istam. Rana informs,”Just finished shooting for my first dance number in my life with choreographer Nixon. Doing a lot more dancing in the film looking forward.” Rana also said that he has wrapped up shooting some stunts under the supervision of Malay Fight masters Akmal and Rajab.

Genelia is playing his lady love in this romatic comedy entertainer. Naa Istam is being directed by Prakash Tholeti and produced by Paruchuri Kireeti on United Movies banner.Chakri is composing the music for the film.

Chakri Music For Rana’s Naa Ishtam

It is known that Rana Daggubati has signed up his next film under the direction of Prakash Tholeti and the movie will start rolling its camera, once the cast and crew gets finalized. The film has been titled as Naa Ishtam and Genelia is roped in for the female lead in the movie.

Rana, Ileana starrer Nenu Naa Rakshasi had its audio launched at HICC, Hyderabad on Sunday amidst of few T-Town bigwigs. The entire event was anchored by Jhansi and was done in a unique style. Apart from the cast and crew of the film, celebrities V.V. Vinayak, Ravi Teja, Venkatesh, Gopichand, Ram, Sunil, Richa, Subbaraju, Sekhar Kammula, Daggubati Suresh, Manchu Lakshmi etc has attended the event and has revealed their views on Rana and Puri Jagannadh.

Director Puri Jagannadh revealed that Nenu Naa Rakshasi is a unique love story between a professional killer and a distinct mentality girl with the backdrop of suicides. Rana and Ileana had thanked Puri for giving them the wonderful roles in the film.

Nenu Naa Rakshasi Audio Release on 10th April!

Rana himself confirmed the release date of audio release his second flick Nenu Naa Rakshasi will be released on 10th April.

“Nenu naa Rakshasi" audio will be out on April 10th and an official first look of the film will be out on the 9th itself,” says Rana.

Surprisingly, Naga Chaitanya’s 100% Love audio is also scheduled for its launch on the same day and the release date of both these films is likely to happen on the same day 29th April.

Nenu Naa Rakshasi is being directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Nallamalapu Srinivas under Lakshmi Narasimha Productions banner. Ileana is the leading lady in this romantic cum action entertainer.

Rana Daggubati into Kollywood

The tall and handsome Rana Daggubati, the most happening actor of Tollywood and Bollywood has been to Chennai to receive the Debut Actor Award for his Telugu film Leader organized by Sri Kala Sudha Telugu Association.

Rana hailing from a filmy background has made an easy entry into the films. Even before his debut film got released he bagged a Bollywood offer titled Dum Maaro Dum. The actor is not new to Chennai as he did his schooling and was brought up in the city. He also owns a house in the city and had fond memories of his childhood.

Rana says “My favorite actors are Rajini and Kamal and happy that Rajini’s forthcoming film is named after me. My debut film has to happen in Tamil but it turned out in Telugu. Rana, Paruchuri Kiriti Moive on Floors In April

Rana Daggubati is doing a new film with producer Paruchuri Kireeti of Simha fame. Nara Rohit, who was earlier supposed to do this film, has been replaced by Rana for some unknown reasons. Now, the movie is all set to hit the floors from 9th April.

Rana To Act In International English Movie

Daggubati Rana is currently looking forward for his two releases Nenu Naa Rakashasi and his debut Bollywood film Dum Maro Dum, which are slated for release in the month of April. Meanwhile, the tall and handsome hunk has signed up an International English film.

Rana says, “It's an English film. I shot the promo for Aditya Bhattacharya's ("Rakh" fame) film. The process is quite different from here as first the promos are made and then they go to the studios. By this year end or early next year I might start shooting the film."

Rana says he is currently busy in finalizing the scripts of a couple of Tamil-Telugu bilingual films.
