English Review
Joe Armstrong, an orphaned drifter will little respect for much other than martial arts, finds himself on an American Army base in The Philippines after a judge gives him a choice of enlistment or prison. On one of his first missions driving a convoy, his platoon is attacked by a group of rebels who try to steal the weapons the platoon is transporting and kidnap Patricia, the base colonel's daughter, who happens to be along for the ride. Joe rescues Patricia and gets her safely back to the base, but everyone else in the platoon is killed, leading his superiors to conclude that Joe is guilty of cowardice, collaboration or simple incompetence. At the same time, the rebel leader vows revenge against the serviceman who disrupted his plans, and sends an army of ninjas to assassinate him and bring back Patricia. If he wants to survive and save the girl, Joe's going to have to draw on every last ounce of his training.

Sinopsis Indonesia
Buat kebanyakan orang, Elizabeth Gilbert (Julia Roberts) adalah orang beruntung yang telah memiliki segalanya dalam hidup ini. Ia punya suami, punya rumah, dan terlebih dari itu, ia punya karier yang bagus. Sayang, apa yang terlihat dari luar belum tentu sama dengan apa yang dirasakan di dalam.

Gagal membangun rumah tangga idaman dan terpaksa harus bercerai dari suaminya membuat Elizabeth merasa kehilangan arah. Perlahan namun pasti ia mulai merasakan bahwa selama ini ia telah tersesat. Ia tak tahu lagi apa yang ia inginkan dalam hidup ini. Di titik nadir inilah Elizabeth lantas membuat sebuah keputusan besar. Ia ingin berkeliling dunia untuk mencari jatidirinya yang hilang.

Dalam perjalanan ini, Elizabeth menemukan makna sejati kenikmatan dengan makan di Italia. English Review
Mumbai-based Kabir Dhiman, who comes from a wealthy building construction family, proposes to his long-time girlfriend, Natasha, much to the delight of both their respective families. He then gets together with one of two of his close friends, Imran Habib, a writer by profession, and they contact their London-based financial broker friend, Arjun, to remind him of a pact of traveling to Spain. The trio commence their long overdue trip not fully realizing that Arjun has still not forgiven Imran for his break-up with Sunani, while he himself regrets being dumped by Rohini, and must also compete with Imran for the affections of gorgeous Deep Sea Diving Instructor, Laila; Kabir struggles to accept life as Natasha's husband; and Imran must ready himself to meet his biological father, Salman, who had abandoned him at birth.
