Super Star Mahesh Babu’s undershoot film Dookudu is progressing at brisk pace in and around Hyderabad. The makers are planning to wrap the film at the earliest and release the film on 26th August. The post-production works of the film are progressing simultaneously. The current schedule is taking place in Khairatabad, Hyderabad.
Samantha is playing the female lead in the film and Prakash Raj as antagonist. Gopi Mohan penned the story, Thaman is composing the music and K V Guhan is cranking the camera. Dookudu is being produced by Achanta Ram, Anil Sunkara and Gopichand on 14 Reels Entertainments banner.
If sources are to be believed Victory Venkatesh will soon act in a new film to be directed by veteran director Vamsi. Vamsi has penned a script that suits Venkatesh image and the latter who listened to the story is said to have given his nod for the film.
The film will cast two heroines and it would be made in Vamsi’s typical style. An Official announcement along with the cast and crew details are expected soon.

Misalnya SVCHOST.EXE yang pertama menjalankan group service untuk Audio, SVCHOST.EXE kedua menjalankan service-service Firewall, dan lain sebagainya. Ram’s new film titled Endukante Premanta was launched yesterday morning [29 June] in Ramanaidu Studios. Tamannah is roped in for the female lead role in the film. The launch event was attended by Ram, Tamannah, Karunakaran, other directors SS.Rajamouli, Puri Jagannadh, Sukumar, Vijay Bhaskar Producers Suresh Babu, Dil Raju, Sravanthi Ravi Kishore etc.
Sukumar has handed over the script to Karunakaran. The initial shot of the film was canned on Ram and Tamannah, where Vijay Bhaskar clapped the board and Suresh Babu switched on the camera.
Endukante Premanta will be directed by Karunakaran and produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore on the banner Sravanthi Movies. The film has cinematography by Andrews, editing by Goutham Raju and music by GV Prakash.
Director Rajamouli’s experimental film Eega is progressing at a rapid pace. Meanwhile, there has been a buzz that Kajal Agarwal is roped in for an item number in the film. Quashing out such rumors Rajamouli said that Kajal Agarwal is not part of Eega and there aren’t any item songs in Eega.
“News that Kajal doing an item number in Eega are not true. There are no item songs in eega. Just a baseless rumour,” Rajamouli informed.
Nani, Samantha and Sudeep are playing the main roles in Eega, where the story revolves around a house-fly. Eega is being produced by Sai Korrapati while Suresh Babu is presenting it. Ram Charan is all set to fly to Srilanka along with his Racha unit for a new schedule that commences from 3rd July. A song on the lead pair Ram Charan and Tamannah will be canned in Srilanka. Earlier the unit has completed 5 days of schedule in Hyderabad.
Director Samapath Nandi and cinematographer Sameer Reddy had recently visited Srilanka to scout the locales for the song to be canned. Ram Charan said to be happy with the young director Sampath Nandi’s work. Racha is being produced by N V Prasad and Paras Jain under Mega Supergood Films banner. RB Choudary is presenting the film.
Sources are abuzz that a song from Chiranjeevi’s Gang Leader is being remixed in Racha by music director Mani Sharma.

Rajamouli’s Eega which was initially considered as medium budget is turning out to be huge budget one. The film-makers have admitted on its high budget and among the budget 5 Crores is being spent on the stunning and unique visual effects of the film.

Nearby police stations located in the Seoul districts of Mapo and Seodaemun are usually compared to each other and, consequently, has developed a rivalry. The chief at the Mapo police station is Hwang Jae-Sung (Park Joong-Hoon), who is fearless when it comes to catching criminals & uses any means necessary. To top the Mapo station, the Seodaemun police station appoints its new leader Jung Wei-Chan (Lee Sun-Gyun). Jung Wei-Chan graduated from the prestigious police academy.
An award for “officer of the year” is given out to the officer able to apprehend the most criminals. The award also comes with a 30 million Won cash prize.
Hwang Jae-Sung wants to receive the award as he wants a promotion and did not graduate from the police university. Jung Wei-Chan also badly wants to win the award for the prize money involved – his girlfriend is pregnant. For this award the two rivals compete even more fiercely. Story
An unusual tale, the story begins with Ajay (Siddarth) who looks rather lost in life and finds new hope after visiting Kasi. He lands in Hyderabad and takes up a portion for six months.
Here, he comes across helping all right from his house owners to the paper boys and on the street grandmas. All this is noticed by Vidya (Nithya) who gets curious about Ajay’s mystery. In no time, she also falls in love with him.
However, Ajay has a past. A past that is associated with Renuka (Priya) in the USA. He also has a harsh fact of life that he is dealing with and that gets him to India. What is that fact? What is 180? Is Vidya successful in her love? All this forms the rest of the story.
Artists Performance:
Sidz is back as the smart, suave gentleman who always tends to magnetize girls around. He carried the role well and though there were few jerks in the emotional sequences, he did a fine job.
Nithya Menon is a stunning looker onscreen. Her eyes, her smile and her natural ease in front of the camera make her adorable. She delivers her bit as required and scores points.
Priya Anand was chirpy as usual and there is a lot of energy and fun in her. She has balanced the cheerful part and the tragic part in the right scale. The glint in her eyes is appealing.
Mouli was witty and brought few smiles, it was good to see Geetha after a long time, Tanikella was brief, M S Narayana came and went, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan was matured, Janaki was natural. The actor doing Siddarth’s friend’s role was alright.

6 months..that is 180 days. That forms the theme of the story. You have to see what those 180 days are!!! But at the end, you may catch up 180 degrees fever for not zeroing the film convincingly.
The film gathered some curiosity when it came with an unusual title and it was not until the first stills came in that folks got an idea. Anyways, it must be said that the debutante director has proved his mettle as a technician but as a story teller, there are few hiccups. Firstly, adding multiple tracks at different emotional levels tends to disturb the consistency.
It also fails to get the audience into the film and connect with the story. There is a vintage appeal in the first half and one would expect a rather conventional and emotional ending but then, the director changes the plan to a practical level. Yes, what the protagonist has done may be right in the practical sense, but is it humanly possible? Also, not to reveal the plot, Siddarth’s approach towards dealing a problem is rather surprising given the fact that he is a doctor.
The American Yamadharmaraju (Grim Weaper) symbolism confuses the audience. Priya Anand's mimicry also went over dose.
As such, the film has been dealt with in a psychological and philosophical aspect but given the mindset of the Indian audience, it remains to be seen how much they will accept the ending. Mixed reactions are bound to come from the viewers for this.
At the box office, the film has a good chance of an average grosser but getting into profits would require aggressive publicity and positive word of mouth.
