Top actress Tamannah is likely to face ban in Kollywood as the actress flew to SriLanka for the shoot of her upcoming film Racha with Ram Charan in the lead.
It is known that there have been several protests by the Tamil film industry against the violence committed by the Sri Lankan government against the Tamils. The Tamil Film Industry passed a resolution not to go to Sri Lanka for any film shoot. It was also decided that whoever visits Srilanka for the shootings of films will be banned from the industry. As Tamanna herself has disclosed in an interview that she is going to shoot in Srilanka there is a call on the film industry not to sign her in any film from now and even they decided to remove her latest Tamil release Venghai from the theatres.
Earlier, Asin faced condemnation for shooting in Srilanka with Salman Khan for Ready.
