Bollywood’s new heroine on the block, Kajal Agarwal, who is making her debut opposite Ajay Devgn in Singham is a superstitious lady. Kajal, a big heroine down south feels that color white is lucky for her.
She justifies it by saying that whenever she was introduced in a white outfit in her films down south, the film’s went onto become super hits.
Echoing with her sentiment director Rohit Shetty, who too is known to be sentimental [remember him blowing cars in most of his films] has given her a white colored salwar-kameez for her introductory shot in Singham.
Indeed it is true, Telugu hits like Magadheera, Darling, Brindavanam etc in which Kajal was introduced in white proves her superstition but she also had a flop in the form of Arya 2 provided she was introduced in white. Well, looks like Kajal is taking majority into account.
