Jr NTR Shakti Movie First Trailer

Yuvaratna Balakrishna has lodged a complaint to Deputy Commissioner of police J.Satyanarayana at Central Crime Station (CCS) against a website Ihatebalayya.com, which is creating jokes and spoof videos defaming Bala Krishna and Jr.NTR.

The cops, who started out investigating has found that the server of that derogatory website is in Sydney, Australia and it has been registered at godaddy.com, a US based firm. Now the website is blocked.

Apart from the website, Bala Krishna also informed about the sms jokes that are being forwarded on Bala Krishna and NTR, which is damaging the image of Nandamuri family. The cops are trying to find out the culprits.

As a compound effect, another website ihatechiru.com is also reportedly closed. Well, let us wait to see who is next in the list.

Ram Charan, who is yet to start his next movie after the debacle of Orange has okayed his next film, says the buzz. Merupu movie is officially shelved and Sampath Nandi will direct this film on Mega Supergood Films banner. He has made his directorial debut with Yemaindi Ee vela movie starring Varun Sandesh and Nisha Agarwal.

Despite being panned by critics, Yemaindi Ee Vela did well at the box office due to its content, which is targeted at youngsters. Sampath has readied a mass subject and has narrated it to Ram Charan few days ago for which the star gave a go ahead.

However, any official announcements regarding this movie aren’t out yet as the producers and Ram Charan are playing waiting game before kick starting Sampath’s film. Ram Charan is still tossing with the idea of hearing better scripts from better directors it seems.

We has earlier informed that Sunil has signed a new film titled Napolean for the lead role. The film will be directed by a new director Koti and Deeksha Seth is playing the female lead in opposite Sunil.

Earlier, Napolean was supposed to be produced by Ganesh Indukuri under Sanvi productions. However, the latest reports say, Dil Raju is producing the film and Ganesh has stepped out. The movie is touted as a thriller with ample comedy and action. Napolean will start rolling its camera from second week of March.

Jr.NTR starrer Shakti audio was launched on a grand scale amidst of several celebrities and hundreds of fans at Hitex. NTR and Ileana gave the live dance performance and thrilled the audience. Jr.NTR launched the audio and handed the first copy of CD to Mani Sharma.

NTR, Ileana, Manjari, Jackie Schroff, Manju Bhargavi, director Meher Ramesh, cinematographer Sameer Reddy, producer Ashwini Dutt, and music director Manisharma attended the audio launch event.

Speaking at the event Jr.NTR said, “I have never performed such live dances ever in my life. Today I’ve done it only for all these Nandamuri fans. Shakti is a technically brilliant film and I’m blessed to do the film with such extra-ordinary makers. Mani Sharma always gave me the best music and Shakti will be added to the list. This is the second time I’m pairing up with actress Ileana after Rakhi.”

Meher Ramesh revealed that NTR will be seen in a never-seen look in Shakti. The movie is slated for a release on 30th March. Stay glued to this space for Shakti audio review that will be updated soon.

Super Star Mahesh Babu has teamed up with proudest director Mani Ratnam for a historical film. Mahesh Babu has met the director on Sunday at Chennai for listening to the script. The Tollywood super star has liked the script and has immediately signed up the venture.

The movie is said to be a highest budgeted flick, which will be made bilingually in Tamil and Telugu. Hero Vikram is also the part of this project. The story is based on the famous Tamil historical novel Ponnian Selvam. It deals with the fortunes of the Chola Empire during the 10th century. The novel comprises of five parts in which Mani Ratnam picked eighty scenes to weave into an entertainer.

Revealing the news through twitter Mahesh tweets, "My dream is coming true finally. I will be working in a Maniratnam film. One of the happiest days of my life."

Victory Venkatesh is back in action with his new project titled Savitri. The film saw its launch on Sunday with a ceremonial Puja at Ramanaidu Studios in Visakhapatnam.

Savitri will take shape in the hands of Teja, who has taken the responsibility of direction after a gap of three years. The movie will be produced by Daggubati Sureshbabu under the banner Suresh Productions. Trisha is playing the female lead in the film. This would be her third film with Venky after AMAV and Namo Venkatesa.

The regular schedules of the movie will commence from 23rd March. Other cast and crew of the film are yet to be announced by the film-makers.

Super star Mahesh Babu starrer Dookudu will start its next schedule of shooting from 28th February at Hyderabad. Few vital scenes in the film will be picturised at Chiran Fort palace. There is also a buzz that movie might postpone from May to July. Dookudu is touted as a commercial entertainer with ample comedy and action.

Samantha is pairing up with Mahesh in the film. The movie is being directed by Sreenu Vaitla and produced by Achanta Ram, Achanta Gopichand and Anil Sunkara under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainments. Thaman has been roped in as the music director for the film.

Nithya Menon who made her debut with Ala Modalaindi has been creating waves in Tollywood. She has already bagged some plum offers and is riding high on the success of Ala.

Boyapati Sreenu, who is riding high after the success of Simha is currently directing Jr.NTR and Shruti Haasan’s film. Boyapati has now accepted another film with Ram Charan Teja as per the sources.

Ram Charan who listened to the script is said to have given green signal to the director. The Mega Power Star has already accepted a film with Emaindi Ee Vela fame director Sampath Nandi in place of his Merupu which was called off. Later, this movie might go on to the floors and a popular producer of Tollywood will produce the film.

Charmi starrer Mangala is gearing up for its release on 2nd March on the eve of Maha Sivaratri. The movie has completed its censor formalities and received A certificate from the Censor Board. Mangala is a thriller genre film, where Charmi is playing the title role.

Apart from directing Mangala, Osho Tulasiram is also producing the movie along with Ch V Sarma. Viswa has scored the music and Sivendra has cranked the camera for the film. The trailers and the posters of the film are impressive and creating a positive buzz.

Charmi has pinned high hopes on Mangala as the actress had no notable hits in the recent times. Will Charmi score a hit? We need to wait till 2nd March…

Ravi Teja, Deeksha Seth and Richa Gangopadhyaya's Mirapakaya movie has completed its 50 days of run successfully in 114 screens across A.P. Mirapakaya is the only film that screened well out of four releases of Pongal.

Directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Ramesh Puppala under Yellow Flowers Banner, Mirapakaya is said to have collected over Rs 22 crores. Ramesh Puppala is planning to celebrate 50days function at Hyderabad soon. The film’s unit was quite happy over its success.

Director Harish Shankar is planning to direct another film with Ravi Teja titled Subramaniam for Sale after Gabbar Singh with Pawan Kalyan.

Looks like Jr.NTR is on signing spree these days. He has signed up a bunch of films which will move onto the floors one after the other. Way2Movies has earlier mentioned that NTR will be seen in Srinu Vytla’s direction which will be produced by Ganesh Babu.

The Young Tiger has signed another film, which will be directed by Trivikram Srinivas. K L Narayana will produce the film under the banner of Durga Arts. The other details of the project haven’t been finalized yet. As of now, Jr.NTR is busy in wrapping up his mega budget film Shakti which is slated for a release in the end of March.

Story

A male friend’s suicide over love makes Venu (Varun Sandesh) hate the word ‘love’. He vows not to fall in love. Lasya (Suma Bhattacharya) completes her graduation in Hotel Management and she wants to develop a small coffee shop in the picturesque hills of Dakshinagiri into a resort. That coffee shop does actually belong to Venu’s father Giri (Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao) who gives it away to an old school teacher Malathi (Sukumari). Giri sends his son Venu as an anonymous guy to help Malathi out. Lasya is the granddaughter of Malathi. Rest of the story is all about how they transform the fortune of the coffee shop together and what happens when Venu starts having feelings towards Lasya.

Artists Performance:

It’s a different characterization for Varun Sandesh and he does justice to his role. It’s a serious character. The only negative in Varun Sandesh’s work in this film is his diction (which keeps improving from film to film, but not good enough yet). The director offsets it by making heroine tease him about his diction. Suma Bhattacharya is okay in the role of female lead. Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao did the role of hero’s father and he is apt. Sukumari who did the role of elder lady is fine. The guy who did assistant to Varun gets a few brownie points. Siva Narayana (Amrutham fame) has a lengthy character and his work in conflict scene with Tanikella is good. Tanikella Bharani did the role of an indecent man who runs ‘Decent Lodge’.

Technical Departments:

The basic story of the movie is about how a guy who hates love finally falls into love. A coffee shop in a lush green outdoors is taken as a background. It is a simple story with simple premise. First time director Ramana Salva has a great visual sense and a poetic taste. He penned few of the scenes really well. But, he couldn’t execute them convincingly on screen. Since this film don’t have regular commercial padding, it is extremely important for any director to get the key emotional scenes right. Narration of the movie is slow. The climax part of the movie appears rushed up and it not convincing enough. However, the directors needs to be commended for sticking to the core subject and not indulging any commercial padding.

Santosh Rai’s cinematography is a big asset to the movie. Usages of lenses and framing is very good. The selection of locations for this movie is so good that this movie can be used as a promotional material for Karnataka tourism. Yogishar Sharma (son of Sirivennela Seetarama Sastri) made his debut as music director. The songs he scored for this movie are good and soothing. His background music is also commendable. He will turn into a fine music director if he gets more scoring opportunities. I loved the voice of Balu in Srikaram song and it definitely helps if Balu renders meaningful songs. Dialogues by Abburi Ravi are good. Art direction is done with creativity. Producers Mahi and Shiva have made sure that their product is not adulterated with unnecessary commercial elements.

Final Analysis:

Kudirithe Kappu Coffee is a simple film with a predictable story line. The plus points are visuals, music and awesome locations. Lack of dramatic impact and hurried-up climax are the weak points. I wish the director would have executed the script with better emotional impact. On a whole, Kudirithe Kappu Coffee is a typical multiplex film with nice visuals/music.

Story

Prema (Isha) is the darling daughter of a honest and strict police officer (Nasser) but she is currently being blackmailed by one person (Shafi). Prema’s tension catches the eye of her sister-in- law (Sindhu Tolani) and this reveals a flashback. The story is about Srinu (Aadi), Prema’s classmate and his love for her. However, Prema doesn’t respond to his love feelings but becomes friends with him. But an unexpected situation makes her hate Srinu and that becomes the cause of her worries. What is that situation? Is Srinu successful in his love story? All this forms the rest of the story.

Artists Performance:

Aadi has made a confident debut. He has built a sturdy physique, nice dance moves, expressive body language and above all, a voice and facial countenance that reminds his father. Overall, he came up with a good job. But instead of heavy build body, he would have concentrated on lean muscle built to get a romantic look. Aadi needs to concentrate on bringing depth in emotions from his second film onwards. On a whole, he passed the debut test without any hassles.

Isha Chawla will strike a chord with the youth audience. She is beautiful, has an adorable smile, an innocent sex appeal that makes her desirable. If she can polish few of her expressions then she has strong potential.

Dev Gill has that mean look but his role was brief. Shafi is a talent whose abilities must be challenged further. Supreeth has good screen presence but then his role was minimal.

Brahmanandam and M S Narayana gave hilarious moments, their sense of timing and their screen chemistry was excellent. Ali gave his own share of laughs. Sindhu Tolani was decent, Nasser was matured as usual. Naga Babu and Jayasudha gave guest appearances.

Highlights:

* Aadi’s ease in performance
* Isha Chawla’s glamour (don’t miss her wet song)
* Brahmi- M S Narayana comedy sequences
* Cinematography
* CG Effects
* Locations for songs and picturization

Drawbacks:

* No great gripping romantic moments
* Two scenes in second half got dragged
* Dev Gill’s character should have got more strength and power

Final Analysis:

More than the story it is the narration which plays a crucial role for any film and that’s where experienced directors like Vijayabhaskar make their mark.

Here, there was nothing special in the story but it was his screenplay and the right proportion of comedy, romance, emotions which gave a fresh look.

He was well supported by strong technicians and rich production values. Though there may not be very touching romantic moments, the film passes off without creating much dilemma.

At the box office, this will appeal to the college and youth audience. This looks like an attempt to show Aadi as an actor who can dance, fight and romance since he is looking ahead for portraying mass masala hero roles.

Charmi in Bala Krishna Next Movie

Hot beauty Charmi, who is trying to hit back with hit from long time, has caught hold of a new offer beside Nandamuri Balakrishna. Charmi has been confirmed as one of the heroines in Bala Krishna’s next flick under Paruchuri Murali’s direction.

Bala Krishna will be seen in triple roles in the film and Lakshmi Rai has been confirmed as one of the lead heroines earlier. Now, Chami has been finalized as the second female lead while the third female lead role is yet to be decided. This untitled film is being produced by M.L.Kumar Chowdary under the banner Sri Keerthi Creations.

NTR Jr. Shakti release date has been fixed. It is slated for release on March 30. NTR fans are eagerly waiting for this movie to strike screens. The film has been carrying lot of expectations. The trade experts are betting heavily on this movie to become a huge hit.

Director Meher Ramesh who earlier made Kantri with Jr. NTR has given a new screen name to Young Tiger with Shakti. In this film NTR Jr.’s name would be tagged with A-1 star. There is also a song in Shakti on this new title.

Shakti is touted to be the highest budget film ever in Telugu cinema history. Producer Asiwini Dutt is expecting this movie to shatter all the previous records and sit pretty on top.
